Email setup instructions for Microsoft Outlook Express



1. Click the Tools Menu and select E-mail Accounts.

2. Click Add -> Mail to add a new email account

3. Enter your name then click Next

4. Enter your email address then click Next

Step 4


5. Select My incoming mail server is a POP3 server

Enter mail.joytech.com.au as your incoming and outgoing servers then click Next

6. Enter your full email address as your username, eg. user@example.com

Enter your password then click Next. Then click Finish

7. Edit the properties of your account by highlighting your account and clicking on the Properties button

8. On the servers tab check My server requires authentication

9. Click on the Advanced tab and enter 587 as your Outgoing Server (SMTP):

10. Click Ok


Your email account is now configured
